Our interest in new acquisitions for long-term holdings primarily applies to residential properties in central, inner-city locations in Geneva, Lausanne and Zurich.
TRANSACTION VOLUMES
There are no volume restrictions for individual transactions. Share deal transactions starting a volume of at least CHF 10,000,000.
